Sage Paradigm’s Founder and CEO, Michele Miller has spent the entirety of her career in mixed media from print journalism to television to radio to digital – and every emerging technology that has come thereafter. This diversity brings with it an openness and ability to cross-reference and blend old with new to create fresh perspectives and unique points of view. She is a strategist, storyteller, and public speaker who understands human-centered design, and how to win over hearts and minds by balancing their rational and emotional counterparts.
She also possesses deep understanding of a variety of disciplines, making her a true hybrid player, able to seamlessly influence and manage across business, technology, and experience teams. This ensures a holistic approach without the risk of siloed solutions.
Michele’s career has brought her immense nuggets of wisdom with notable stops at eBay, Magento, and Adobe, as well as the incredible opportunity to work intimately with international brands across a diverse collection of industry verticals for the last two decades. She had the immense privilege of launching and leading Magento’s Innovations Lab, as well as selecting and presenting talented entrepreneurs and their groundbreaking contributions on stages across the world, including during Adobe Sneaks.
She has worked with institutions including Yale and University of Pennsylvania on understanding the motivations towards higher education; created entire branding campaigns for visiting the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan; re-envisioned what giving means for the American Red Cross; helped Coca-Cola revamp their global content publishing model; showed Sentara how to make a large healthcare system feel local and personalized; made Zenni a strong competitor in the affordable eyeglass space; identified a multitude of ways in which technology could create efficiencies for Yum Brands from corporate down to the restaurants; and lead one of the largest recent IT projects for Dow Jones.
